Enabling Enterprise CEO Tom Ravenscroft joined us to talk about how you can implement careers guidance into the curriculum through the Skills Builder Partnership.

We often speak about ’employability skills’, but what are they? And how can they be taught? Chief executive of Enabling Enterprise Tom Ravenscroft joined us to talk about the Skills Builder Partnership, and how it can be used to teach employability skills in schools.

About Tom

Tom began his career as a business and enterprise teacher in Hackney in East London, after graduating from the University of Oxford.

He set up Enabling Enterprise to ensure all students had the opportunity to build essential skills like teamwork, leadership, presenting, and creativity. Now in its tenth year, Enabling Enterprise is working with over 105,000 students across the country. This is made possible through the support of 130 top employers, from NHS hospitals to airports to businesses like PwC and UBS.
