Written by Future TalentEd | Nov 18, 2018 2:15:00 PM

In a panel discussion hosted by our conference facilitator Tim Campbell at Future Talent LIVE 2018, we explored the skills that young people need to thrive in the modern workplace.

Featuring voices from companies such as Barclays and Capgemini, three young people in the workplace and education, our panel examined the skills employers want and how we can help future talent get them.

Our panellists

Tim was joined by Kirstie Mackey, director of citizenship and consumer affairs at Barclays UK; education consultant Jane Delfino; Ryan Gray, a member of Barclays’ Youth Advisory Council; and two young employees of Capgemini UK, Priyal Bhanderi and Glynn Morris.
