AI is reshaping what work looks like across financial services — from data analysis and management communication to recruitment, talent development and customer‑facing roles. Change is accelerating, and capability expectations are shifting with it.
This webinar shows you how to build both, for the roles most affected by AI right now.
Former CEO, CIPD
Peter Cheese is the former CEO of the CIPD, a role he held for 14 years. He writes and speaks widely on the future of work, leadership, skills and the role of the HR profession in navigating AI-driven change.
Prior to the CIPD, Peter spent 30 years at Accenture, culminating as Global Managing Director for Talent and Organisation Performance. His book, The New World of Work, explores how organisations can build workplaces that benefit both people and performance.
