Peter Cheese is the former CEO of the CIPD, a role he held for 14 years. He writes and speaks widely on the future of work, leadership, skills and the role of the HR profession in navigating AI-driven change.

Prior to the CIPD, Peter spent 30 years at Accenture, culminating as Global Managing Director for Talent and Organisation Performance. His book, The New World of Work, explores how organisations can build workplaces that benefit both people and performance.

Louise has over two decades of experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, leadership and people outcomes within global organisations.
