Programme overview

Delivered through the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship, the programme develops practical management, change and human-centred capability across analysis, improvement and delivery roles while strengthening stakeholder management, communication and AI-enabled decision-making capability.

The programme helps professionals analyse organisational problems, shape requirements, evaluate options and support successful change delivery. It includes a built-in management layer so participants not only investigate and define change well, but also align stakeholders, manage trade-offs, support adoption and improve organisational performance.
