Kelly Leonard is a long time creative executive at the world famous Second City theatre, working with such talent as Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert and Keegan Michael Key.

His book Yes, And is a best-selling business book that explores how improvisation is a powerful tool to be used in the workplace. He co-leads 'The Second Science Project', an initiative that started at the University of Chicago that looks at Improvisation through the lens of behavioural science.
