The Transformational Manager Programme is our branded management pathway delivered at Level 3 (Team Leader) and Level 5 (Operations Manager) — one coherent programme at two levels.

You get a single design philosophy and experience (practical missions, simulations/real-plays, study groups, and 1:1 coaching every 10 days), taught at the right depth for role and readiness. Both levels run 12 months + EPA, and we aim to get learners through EPA in four weeks, where feasible.
