The pandemic has accelerated many of the people and talent challenges of our time: young people have been particularly affected; there is a strategic focus on the skills required for the changing world of work; how do we ensure that the inequalities and skills gaps do not leave people behind; and what role do employers have as agents of change in society as a whole.

Featuring industry and educational experts, this panel will explore the central issues facing people and talent leaders today, with participants sharing their personal or organisational perspectives to address the following questions:

  1. Young people’s education has been particularly impacted by the pandemic – how can we ensure that the skills gap between education and employment doesn’t widen?
  1. How do digital and human skills play together?
  1. What responsibility do employers have for upskilling and reskilling their employees in an inclusive way?

Future Talent Learning is proud to be partnering with the Foundation for Education Development (FED) to deliver this panel discussion.
