Delivered through the Level 4 Junior Management Consultant Apprenticeship, the programme develops practical management, human-centred and AI-enabled capability for aspiring, new and existing managers.

The Transformational Manager Programme helps organisations build confident people who can organise work, support colleagues, influence stakeholders and improve how things get done.
