How have organisations dealt with the greatest disruption of a generation? What are the learnings that come from COVID-19 that will help shape the workforce of the future? Hudson RPO commissioned Future Talent Learning to develop a whitepaper examining what future workplaces, employees and leaders look like. This session will provide an insight into some of the findings, as well as look in more detail at how LV= responded to the pandemic and the positives that came from it.   

Kevin Hough, Head of Talent, Learning and Resourcing at insurance firm LV=, will discuss how LV= accelerated their wellbeing and mental health initiatives, ensuring everybody was connected and included in the new virtual office. In conversation with Hudson RPO CEO Darren Lancaster, Kevin will also talk about how LV= adapted their practices to ensure the recruitment process remained active throughout, with greater emphasis being put on the candidate experience and virtual onboarding process.
