Kevin Hough is an experienced HR & Talent leader who has a passion for talent & talent acquisition. Prior to running his TA Consultancy focusing on transformation, Kevin was previously Head of Talent Acquisition (UK & Ireland) for PepsiCo and Head of Resourcing for the LV= Group.
Kevin has led teams to success at the Recruiter Awards a number of times, including Best Team and Development of Employer Brand. Kevin has also personally been recognised by recruiter magazine as one of UK & Irelands “Most Influential in House Recruitment Leader” for a number of years. Kevin has now returned to LV= Life & Pensions as their Head of People Performance.
