What you can expect after applying

  • All applicants will receive an outcome to their application. We aim to give you an initial update within a week of applying, but sometimes this may take slightly longer, so please do bear with us.
  • Our recruitment process varies for each role and may include a telephone interview, a video call interview and maybe an admin task that's relevant to the position. If invited to the next stage of the process with us, you will be given full details of what this entails then.
  • We also always give an outcome in a timely fashion once attended. If at any stage of the process you want to find out more or discuss this further, please email recruitment@futuretalentlearning.com
