Before the Meeting:
- Share this agenda with your line manager
- Re-score and upload your KSB Assessment Form in Aptem under the Tripartite Review component.
Note: It’s normal for some scores to stay the same — or even go down slightly — as your understanding deepens.
During the Meeting:
Progress Check-in (10 mins)
Coach:
- Update on progress:
- Current RAG status
- Difference between completed and target hours
- Monthly active learning completed
- Attendance at programme events
Learner:

Programme Midpoint & Project Review (10 mins)
All:
- Discuss the project work coming up and its link to EPA / Project Criteria
- Discuss ideas for a potential project, the anticipated impact on and value to the business and feasibility to complete on time.
SMART Plan & End Point Assessment Gateway Review (10 mins)
Learner/Coach:
- Identify any upcoming KSBs in the next two Missions that may need more real-world exposure (e.g. presenting or managing a budget)
Line Manager:
- Identify ways to help the learner meet the KSBs outlined above (e.g. by making it possible for the learner to present in the next team meeting)
- Share upcoming work priorities that may impact the order of Mission Workbooks
- Comment on any areas where they have noticed improvements in how their team member is working
All:
- Discuss if the order of Mission Workbooks needs adjusting to match upcoming work
- Confirm planned date for EPA Gateway Review
- Agree a SMART plan for progress ahead of the next Tripartite
- Upload your SMART target as a Note against the relevant Tripartite Review component in Aptem. Examples:
- If you’re behind: “I will complete Task 2 by 1st June by blocking out an extra two hours each Friday morning.”
- If you’re on track: “By 1st June, I will find a mentor to support my delegation skills and will have scheduled our first chat.”
And finally…don’t forget to book your next Tripartite Review!
