FAQs for councils

We offer two programmes:

  1. Level 3 Team Leader - For emerging talent and aspiring managers (typically Grades 3-6 on NJC scale).
  2. Level 5 Operations Manager - For new managers and existing managers at all levels (Grades 7+ on NJC scale).

Both of our programmes take 12 months to complete, with a final end point assessment period of around 4-6 weeks. The job learning time is around 6.5 hours per week.

Absolutely! Depending on the number of learners you would like to enrol in our programmes, there are different levels of customisation available. If you would like to find out more, talk to us.

If you exceed your levy pot or have already allocated your Levy funds to other programmes, then the UK Government will still directly subsidise 95% of the cost of the learning. Alternatively, we work with several organisations who are often happy to pledge their own Levy funds to support new learners on our programmes. If you would like to discuss these options in more detail, talk to us.

Yes! As part of our apprenticeship programmes, all learners get access to Mentarri, our AI-enabled experiential learning platform. This helps our learners access the information they need quickly, in the flow of their work. As part of their workbooks we provide prompts to use within Mentarri, helping them become more literate with generative AI.
