Enrolment Instructions for Enterprise Line Managers

Welcome to the Transformational Manager Programme.

Line managers are critical stakeholders contributing to learners’ success on the programme. The Programme Handbook outlines your role in this learning journey and contains all the information you’ll need to support your learner during the programme.

To help your direct report prepare for enrolment, please read the information below.

Enrolment Meeting

Both you and your direct report need to attend an Enrolment meeting, your direct report will liaise with you and their coach to schedule this meeting.

Your direct report will attend the meeting from the start, and you will need to join around 30 minutes into the meeting. E.g., if the meeting starts at 10am, you will need to join at 10:30am. Your direct report will forward the enrolment meeting invite to you. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions about your role and the programme in general.
